How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses costs £3.99. Delivery is free on orders over £150.

How will my order be delivered, and how long will it take?

We send our UK orders using Evri delivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after your parcel has been handed to Evri. This is in addition to order preparation time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link from us or a notification from our courier.

What packaging do you use?

We aim to use recyclable packaging and keep plastic to a minimum. Some items may require additional packaging to protect them during delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! You can collect your order from our Borough Market shop:

Collection hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 8am–4pm.

What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?

We want you to be happy with everything you receive. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or in poor condition, please email info@rayagrocery.com with your order number and a photo of the affected item. We’ll look into it and help put things right.
