Raya Green Curry Paste – 200g
A vibrant Thai green curry paste made with fresh green chillies, aromatic herbs, and carefully selected spices. Rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced, it’s ideal for curries, stir-fries, marinades, and soups.

Ingredients Chiili (30%), Lemongrass (20%), Shallot (12%), Garlic (11%), Salt (11%), Galangal (6%), Turmeric (5%), Kaffir Lime Leaves (5%)
Directions
1. Sauté 100g of RAYA Green Curry Paste with 200ml of coconut milk in a sauté pan or a wok until the coconut milk starting to separate.
2. Add 300g of sliced meat and stir until cooked.
Pour in 200ml of coconut milk and bring to boil.
Ada 350ml of chicken/vegetable stock and stir in fish sauce and palm sugar to taste.
4. Add sweet basil leaves, small eggplants and sliced fresh chili.
5. Serve with Rice or Noodles.
