A rich and aromatic Thai red curry paste made with carefully selected chillies, herbs and spices. Crafted for authentic flavour with balanced heat. Ideal for curries, marinades and stir-fried dishes.

Directions
1. Sauté 100g of Raya Red Curry Paste with 200ml of Coconut Milk in a sauté pan or a wok until the coconut milk starting to separate.
2. Add 300g meat or fish. Sautetuntil half cooked and add 200ml of Coconut Milk.
3. Add vegetables of your choice, add 100ml of chicken/vegetable stock, bring to boil and simmer until the vegetables soften.
4. Stir in Fish Sauce, Palm Sugar to taste.
5. Serve with Jasmine Rice.
